LAKE STEVENS AREA (91st Avenue NE business corridor)
We offer attractive interiors, cordial atmosphere, walk-ins welcomed, referrals and optional participation in Wedding and Spa services packages plus display cases for marketing and retail of your own products. Your clientele is yours to build and keep. The Lessor has no proprietary interest in your clientele.
Hair salon: Lessor assigns to hair stylist one of four stations in the main salon ($400 mo.) or one of four stations in the garden salon ( $450 mo.) and a retail display cabinet plus shared use of hair dryers (four with chair and one roll-about dryer) and four shampoo stations. Lab room has assigned storage lockers for hairstylist supplies. A must-see as each salon area within Studio 91 is unique with an intimate setting.
Hair room: This private spa room is self-contained with station/mirror, stylist’s chair, shampoo chair, sink/cabinet, plus over-the-sink wall shelf unit, one upper cabinet and one display cabinet. Hair room has two in-spa, glass, French entry doors and a vertical window over-looking the waiting area and salon.
Spa rooms (2): Lessor provides shower, sink, cabinets plus retail display cabinets in newly expanded salon and spa.
Spa rooms( 3): Lessor offers spa/treatment rooms (10 ft. x 10 ft. approximate) with sink, cabinets and one, retail display cabinet provided by Lessor.
Nail room 1: Lessor provides Forte Spa whirlpool pedicure foot spa (throne chair) with recline and massage features, roll-about stool, vented manicure table with client and technician chairs, cabinets and two retail display cabinets for use by Lessee. Nail room is fully furnished and has an in-spa, glass, French entry door.
Nail room 2: Lessor provides Forte Spa whirlpool pedicure foot spa (throne chair) with recline and massage features, roll-about stool, vented manicure table with client and technician chairs, cabinets, sink in sink cabinet and one retail display cabinet plus a storage locker for use by Lessee. Nail room is fully furnished and has an in-spa, glass, French entry door.
Waxing station: Lessor provides waxing station for Lessee/s’ use with hydraulic beauty chair/bed and roll about cart for waxing pots and accessories. This station has a window, which provides natural light.
Salon/spa: Lessor provides shared use of reception area furnished with excellent quality botanicals, reception desk and reception chairs; a coffee service station with small refrigerator and hot/cold water dispenser; lab room with sink, hair salon storage cabinets and W/D; a separate W/D laundry facility with a hand sink for massage therapist use; in-ceiling stereo system and large, well-appointed, handicap bathroom.
Hair stations/spa rooms lease for FT $400- $450 per month and private hair spa room for FT $500 per month (FT leases based on 40 hours per week); open Monday-Saturday, 9AM to 9 PM; mandatory close on Sundays.

Note: This salon and day spa is located approximately 7 miles east of Everett, half-way between Snohomish and Arlington and one block West of Hwy 9; 30 miles North of Seattle or Bellevue; easy access to all points North—Arlington, Bothell, Edmonds, Everett, Granite Falls, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Marysville, Monroe, Mukilteo, Smokey Point, Snohomish or Woodinville.
This salon and day spa is near Highways 9, 204, 2 and SR 92 plus I-5. It is located in the greater Market Place business hub, which includes apartments, two large shopping centers, restaurants, professional and retail.

Chicago Sun-Times sale to investor group finalized

CHICAGO (AP) – Chicago businessman James Tyrees purchase of Sun-Times Media Group Inc., including the Chicago Sun-Times and more than 50 suburban publications, was finalized Monday.
The acquisition was completed for about $26.5 million after an investor group led by Tyree offered to pay $5 million for the assets of the company.
