As the Customer Service Manager, your key role includes managing all customer service related requests. On a daily basis you will handle customer and distributor communication via phone/internet; sales order, and purchase order management; quotations; inventory management; oversee domestic and international shipments; light invoicing, and payables; trade show organization/management; updating and maintaining website/literature/newsletters.

Our worldwide group has been in business since 1938. We specialize in the niche market of microfiltration of high value liquids: edible oil, as well as beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical products.
Required:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years Customer Service
Ability to multi-task
Great follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently
Ability to handle a high volume of work with a high degree of accuracy
