You should have experience building server-side web-components in Java or Perl and AJAX-based UI development. You should have a solid background in the fundamentals of software development, and have a deep understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You should be skilled in gathering and analyzing business/functional requirements and translating those requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
