Busy downtown law firm seeks full time marketing assistant.
The marketing assistant provides day to day support to the Marketing Coordinator. Duties are a wide range of variety and skill level. An example of duties includes:
1) Editing marketing and presentation materials
2) Scheduling meetings and arranging food
3) Setting up presentations, assistant with community educational events
4) Filing, scanning, and data entry
5) Assisting the development of referral sources for our Eastern Washington office
6) Assist with updating and maintaining website
A successful candidate will be a self starter and have the ability to work independently.
Qualified candidates will have good communication skills and strong computer skills. A college degree and minimum of 2 years marketing/communication experience desired. Must have a valid Washington Drivers' license.
This position will require regular travel to Eastern Washington, several times per year.
